Capital Improvement Plan (CIP)

The purpose of the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) is to forecast and match projected revenues and capital needs over a (5)-year period.  Long range capital planning is an important management tool that strengthens the linkages between community infrastructure needs and the financial capacity of the City. Projects that are considered for inclusion in the CIP must cost more than $100,000, have a projected lifespan of five year or more, and are not equipment or routine maintenance purchases.

The FY19 Capital Project Ordinance was adopted by City Council on June 14th, 2018.  City Council adopts first-year CIP project funding only. Future year projects are listed for planning purposes.
