
Dedicated in 1986 and expanded in 1996, Concord Fire Station No. 3 is located at 100 Warren C. Coleman Blvd. N. In addition, this facility serves as home to Fire Administration, Fire Prevention, Emergency Management, and the Training Division. Four (4) Community/Training Rooms are available at this location, serving as the “Training Center” for City of Concord agencies/departments, as well as being available to the public. Engine Company 3, Rescue Company 3, USAR 3, and Air 3 operate from this station. A reserve engine is maintained for use by the Training Division and a brush truck is also quartered in this station.

Fire Station No.3’s first due area includes a mixture of residential, multi-family, industrial, commercial occupancies as well as the Hwy. 29/601 corridor.

During 2004 and 2006, this facility was updated to include repainting; kitchen renovations and installation of a vehicle exhaust system. In 2007, ceramic tile was installed in the Training Center rooms and furniture replaced. Video conferencing was expanded with permenent systems installed in Training Rooms 2 and 4, and one portable system available for other rooms.
