
Dedicated on September 11, 2002, Concord Fire Station No. 8 is located at 1485 Old Charlotte Rd. One (1) Community Room is available at this location available to the public. Engine Company 8, the Emergency Command Center, a reserve ladder unit, and the department’s hose tender are quartered at this station.

Fire Station No.8’s first due area includes a mixture of residential, multi-family, industrial, commercial occupancies as well as the Hwy. 49 corridor. Additionally, effective July 1, 2011 this is the primary station to provide service in the Jackson Park Fire District through a contract with Cabarrus County.
