The Training Center is located with Fire Station 3 complex located at 100 Warren C. Coleman Blvd N. The Traing Center Includes four classrooms (two of which are equipped for video conferencing), a recruit classroom, and a smaller classroom. Offices for the Chief of Training and the Chief of Safety are located at the complex also. A  four story training tower, pump test pit (for testing up to 1,500 gpm pumpers), RIT box, and a ventalation simulator are included.

A secondary training area is included at Fire Station 9 which includes a community room which can be used for speciality classes which is equipped for video conferencing and split into two separate classrooms. A pump test pit (capable of testing pumps rated over 2,000 gpm).
