Welcome to the City of Concord Housing Department

The City of Concord Housing Department has been committed to providing safe, decent and affordable housing to low-income residents in Cabarrus County since 1956. The Housing Department offers affordable rental housing and four (4)  public housing sites. The Housing Department administers a number of programs, such as the Housing Choice Voucher Program, the  Family Self-Sufficiency Program (FSS), and the ROSS Homeownership Program. These programs help to promote more self-sufficiency and economic homeownership opportunities for local residents.

Advertisement for Computer Training Classes :

The City of Concord Housing Department is accepting proposals for the position of Instructor to conduct Computer Training Classes at the Neighborhood Networks Technology Center for a 12 month period from July 1, 2014 thru June 30, 2015. Classes will be conducted twice weekly. Proposals will be accepted at the Housing Administrative Office at 283 Harold Goodman Circle.
