The City of Concord Housing Department DOES NOT offer  EMERGENCY housing!

Concord Housing accepts applications for Public Housing on Thursdays ONLY between the
hours of 9:00 -11:00 a.m.  Our Section 8 waiting list is CLOSED at this time.

Please note the following instructions related to the application:

• Applications are accepted on Thursdays in our office (283 Harold Goodman Circle) from
  9:00 – 11:00 a.m. 

• If you live outside of Cabarrus County, you may mail your completed application to us at:

PLEASE NOTE:

• A criminal check, credit check, and landlord history will be conducted as part of the 
  application process. 
• The Section 8 "Waiting List" is currently closed (or until we get funding from HUD).
