Fire Stations 7, 8 and 9 have community rooms that are available for use for meetings, birthday parties, homeowner association meetings or many other gatherings.  Reservations are required. 
Fire Station Technology - All fire station community rooms have computer access/wireless internet and projection screens.  Neither projects or other equipment are provided.

Birthday Parties

 

Would your child like to see the fire station and meet the firemen?
The community rooms are available for children's birthday parties - weekends only - within the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.  Regular hourly rates apply and reservations are required.  Tours may be available, but can not be guaranteed due to availability of firefighters due to emergencies, etc.  Adult supervision is required.

  • The fire station community rooms are available for use for meetings, birthday parties, homeowner association meetings or many other gatherings.  Reservations are required.
  • For the convenience of all users, please observe our rules and regulations. 
  • Reservations are taken in calendar year of use (January 1-December 31).
  • Facility should be reserved at least 7 days in advance of event.
  • No music or DJs permitted.
  • Affixing of any material to the walls, floors, ceilings, windows or light fixtures is prohibited.  Any decorations that are used must be removed at the end of the event.
  • Facility should be left clean.  All trash should be placed in waste receptacles and placed in dumpster.  All tables and chairs should be wiped clean and restored to the original setup.
  • If kitchen has been used, all stove burners and ovens should be turned off and other posted instructions followed.
  • Check restrooms to see if any major clean up is needed and lights are off.
  • All events must end by 9:00 p.m.
  • Rates are $25.00 per hour for City of Concord Residents, $30.00 per hour for all others.  $50.00 deposit required.
