ZUMBA

This dynamic fitness format combines fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt the body.

YOGA IN THE PARK

Ages 13 and up. Through subtle yoga movements we will bring the body and mind into harmony with nature. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat, water and beach towel. Arrive 15 minutes before class to register.

BOOT CAMP IN THE PARK

This extreme fitness class will focus on levels of exercise incorporating cardio drills, resistance training with your body weight and core workouts. Medical clearance required for those over 40 years of age. Bring bottled water, mat or towel and a pair of hand weights. Must be 18 years of age or older. Min. 5 participants.

Indoor group workout uses a combination of strength,cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functionalmovements. Each class varies so you never get the same workout twice. Great for all levels as you can move at your own pace. Weights provided.

  PERSONAL TRAINING

Exercise is a great way to lower your cholesterol, stimulate your heart and regulate your blood pressure. Michelle Colombero can design a 1 hour program that will help you get motivated and feel great! She'll work your upper and lower body to build strength and create a cardiovascular component for a healthy, balanced way of life. Finally, she will furnish you with exercises for strength and flexibility.

FITNASTICS

FIT & FABULOUS
