ADULT FITNESS

This outdoor fitness class offers stations of cardio, strength, and core training. Maximum calorie burn and a full-body workout. Great for all levels. Bring mat, towel, and water.

*NEW* STROLLER FITNESS & PLAY

This class is designed with your child and stroller in mind. Stroller fitness is a group walking class that includes interval training exercises. We will combine the use of your stroller and a resistance band to condition your muscles. Pack a lunch and stay and play after your workout! Your baby will have just as much fun as you!

MOMMY & ME YOGA

Ages 3 and up. Enjoy outdoor yoga with your child in a fun and interactive way! we'll bark in downward dog, hiss in cobra pose and flutter our butterfly wings in butterfly pose while learning balance, strength and breathing techniques that you can practice all summer long. Bring a yoga mat for each of you as well as plenty of water.

BOOT CAMP IN THE PARK

This extreme fitness class that will focus on levels of exercise incorporating cardio drills, resistance training with your body weight and core workouts. Medical clearance required for those over 40 years of age. Bring bottled water, mat or towel and a pair of hand weights. Must be 18 years of age or older. Min. 5 participants.

PILATES

Personal Training  PERSONAL TRAINING

Exercise is a great way to lower your cholesterol, stimulate your heart and regulate your blood pressure. Michelle Colombero can design a 1 hour program that will help you get motivated and feel great! She'll work your upper and lower body to build strength and create a cardiovascular component for a healthy, balanced way of life. Finally, she will furnish you with exercises for strength and flexibility.

FIT & FABULOUS
