ADULT FITNESS
BOOT CAMP IN THE PARK
This outdoor extreme fitness class will focus on levels of exercise incorporating cardio drills, resistance training with your body weight and core workouts. Meet in the amphitheatre for the first class, rain or shine. Medical clearance required for those over 40 years of age. Bring bottle water, mat or towel and a pair of hand weights. Must be 18 years of age. Min. 5 participants.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Exercise is a great way to lower your cholesterol, stimulate your heart and regulate your blood pressure. Michelle Colombero can design a 1 hour program that will help you get motivated and feel great! She'll work your upper and lower body to build strength and create a cardiovascular component for a healthy, balanced way of life. Finally, she will furnish you with exercises for strength and flexibility. A medical clearance from your physician is required if you are over 40 years of age.
