Outdoor Group Personal Training includes cardiovascular, endurance and resistance training. Functional exercises for each muscle group, flexibility and balance training, abdominal and core training are all essential functions. Bring a set of dumbbells, a yoga mat or towel and water.

This outdoor extreme fitness class will focus on levels of exercise incorporating cardio drills, resistance training with your body weight and core workouts. Meet in the amphitheatre for the first class, rain or shine. Medical clearance required for those over 40 years of age. Bring bottle water, mat or towel and a pair of hand weights. Must be 18 years of age. Min. 5 participants.

This cardio & strength interval class alternates between periods of cardio and strength training to sculpt every major muschle group. Cardio is easy to follow and incorporates one or more of the following: hi/low on the floor, step bench, cardio skills. Weights are provided. Class ends with cool down, stretching and ab/core work. Great for all levels.

Exercise is a great way to lower your cholesterol, stimulate your heart and regulate your blood pressure. Michelle Colombero can design a 1 hour program that will help you get motivated and feel great! She'll work your upper and lower body to build strength and create a cardiovascular component for a healthy, balanced way of life. Finally, she will furnish you with exercises for strength and flexibility.
