Before submitting an application to the Planning Department, please contact a staff member by phone, email, or office visit. The staff member can help determine if an application is actually necessary and which application is appropriate.
These applications are in pdf format, which requires the free Adobe Acrobat Plugin. We recommend version 9 or 10 (version X). You may type these applications using the Acrobat Typewriter Tool, which should appear upon opening the pdf. If it does not appear, the application may need to be downloaded to your computer and then opened from there. After completing the application, you may save it to your computer for your records.
