The Planning Department guides applicants through the plan approval process by tracking the review process from start to finish.  Additionally, applicants can see the status of their plan review cases and retrieve comments about their cases in real-time by accessing the "Plan Review On-line" service.

Required Items for Plan Submittal:

New Construction Review

• Complete Site Plan Application
• Seven (7) sets of civil drawings,.dwg file and .pdf file (on CD)
• Two (2) sets of architectural drawings and .pdf file (on CD)
• Two (2) sets storm water calculations report
• One (1) set preliminary color renderings of each building elevation
• A copy of the site plan checklist is available for your convienance and is not required to be submitted as part of your application. (Under Forms & Downloads)

Upfit Review

• Two (2) sets architectural drawings and .pdf file (on CD)

Application Fee
