TThe City of Concord Transportation Department Street Division will apply brine on assigned bare pavement routes around the city on Thursday Dec. 23rd in response to the potential of winter weather conditions developing on Saturday.  Motorists are asked to provide adequate distance around service vehicles where brine application operations are occurring.
