VENDOR INFORMATION

Vendors, service groups, and food service providers interested in participating should download and submit a Vendor Registration Form. It is important that all vendors and participants clearly know the mission and fit the vision of VVEF.  New this year is a $25.00 fee for business and for-profit vendors.  Non-profit and educational partners are able to participate at no cost.

About Our Event:

This fun, family–friendly event seeks to promote a better understanding of the environment and environmental issues through experiences and education in order to help the public make positive choices to develop and maintain a sustainable lifestyle.

About Our Vendors and Exhibitors:

We are looking for educators, mentors, and leaders in the community to provide Educational Exhibits to help our community learn about sustainability, ecology, and green practices. We are also looking for eco‐friendly businesses to provide Vendor Booths with products and services such as organic produce, Fair Trade gifts, eco‐fashions, and items made from renewable resources.

Vendors, service groups, businesses, and educational providers interested in booth setup should fill out and submit the Vendor Registration Form to Becky Tolle no later than April 3rd, 2012. You will find submission instructions at the bottom of the form.
