Please be advised that I am calling a special meeting of the Concord City Council to be held on Thursday, October 13, 2011, at 4:30 p.m. at the City of Concord Police Headquarters, located at 41 Cabarrus Avenue, West, to:
- Consider adopting a resolution to accept an offer to acquire City properties and consider approving and authorizing the City Manager and staff to execute an Obligor Agreement between the City and CEJS, LLC (Carolina Courts) in accordance with the US Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements.
