In 2017, the City of Concord engaged a consultant to analyze public utility system development fees, pursuant to N.C.G.S. 162A, Article 8. The resulting System Development Fee Report was made available for public comment and received by City Council on February 8, 2018. The City Council decided that any changes to system development fees would be considered as part of the FY19 budget process.
