System Development Fees for City of Concord, NC

The City of Concord’s public utility presents the System Development Fee Report for public comment. The City is soliciting comments from the public on the attached water and wastewater development fee analysis, pursuant to N.C.G.S. 162A, Article 8.

Public comments will be received for 45 days, until 5:00 p.m. on January 25, 2018. All comments will be submitted to Christie Putnam, Director of Water Resources, by accessing the following link.

The System Development Fee Report may also be accessed through the City Clerk, at 35 Cabarrus Avenue West, 3rd Floor City Hall. 

The City will hold a public hearing related to the System Development Fee Report at the February, 8, 2018 City Council Meeting at 6:00 p.m.
