ADULT FITNESS

ZUMBA

This dynamic fitness format combines fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt the body.
Fee: $3.00 per class *except when instructed at a non-city facility

  Specifically designed for the active older adult and those just starting a fitness routine.

BOOT CAMP IN THE PARK

This extreme fitness class that will focus on levels of exercise incorporating cardio drills, resistance training with your body weight and core workouts. Medical clearance required for those over 40 years of age. Bring bottled water, mat or towel and a pair of hand weights. Must be 18 years of age or older. Min. 5 participants.

BODY SCULPT

A combination of traditional body sculpting methods using free weights, resistance bands and your own body weight. Designed to provide you with a total body workout. Good for all levels. All equipment provided.

PILATES

Improve your core strength, flexibility and balance while building strength without bulk. The workout incorporates bands, weights and fitness balls as well as combining yoga techniques. Max 20 participants.

Personal Training  PERSONAL TRAINING

Exercise is a great way to lower your cholesterol, stimulate your heart and regulate your blood pressure. Michelle Colombero can design a 1 hour program that will help you get motivated and feel great! She'll work your upper and lower body to build strength and create a cardiovascular component for a healthy, balanced way of life. Finally, she will furnish you with exercises for strength and flexibility.

Fee per hour: $40; $5 city resident discount

Utilizing Yoga fundamentals we will blend poses and breathing into stress relieving, peaceful intermission.

Ages 16 & up. Group and individual workouts improving strength, endurance, toning and cardio. Classes will be split between machines, free weights, cardio equipment and body weight exercises. Bring water and a towel. Min. 2; Max. 15.

FIT & FABULOUS- EXERCISE & SOCIAL CLUB
