BOOT CAMP IN THE PARK 

This outdoor class is designed to improve your overall fitness with strength, cardio, flexibility, agility, and endurance. Bring bottled water, mat and a pair of hand weights.  Min. 5 participants.

BODY SCULPT

A combination of traditional body sculpting methods using free weights, resistance bands and your own body weight. Designed to provide you with a total body workout. Good for all levels. All equipment provided. Max 15

LUNCHTIME BARRE

Low-impact class designed to strengthen, tone, and balance the entire body utilizing the ballet barre, light weights, and toning balls. Muscle endurance exercises put an emphasis on the core, arms, glutes, and thighs. Min. 4; Max. 15

Personal Training  PERSONAL TRAINING

Exercise is a great way to lower your cholesterol, stimulate your heart and regulate your blood pressure. Michelle Colombero can design a 1 hour program that will help you get motivated and feel great! She'll work your upper and lower body to build strength and create a cardiovascular component for a healthy, balanced way of life. Finally, she will furnish you with exercises for strength and flexibility.

Fee per hour: $40; $5 city resident discount
